BEL Valves offers a comprehensive range of tooling to support the installation, maintenance, and testing of valves, actuators, and associated equipment. Whether for initial commissioning or ongoing site activities, our tooling solutions help you work efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
Our tooling can be provided in standard or bespoke configurations, tailored to meet the exact requirements of your components and application.
Tooling Available
- Test flanges from ½” to approximately 32”, with pressure ratings from Class 150 to 15,000 psi
- Clamp assemblies from ½” to 16” with various hub types
- Supplied with studs, nuts, and seals for complete setup
- Springing and de-springing tooling for actuators
- Portable test and flushing rigs for on-site use
- Test booths rated to 20,000 psi
- Fire test facility for specialised testing requirements
All tooling is supplied in full working order and maintained to the highest standards.
